We source produce from local, Tasmanian & Australian farms to have a full range of products! From potatoes to pears, celery to carrots, mangoes, artichoke & more.. there’s not much we can’t source.
During the summer season we have a HUGE range of Tasmanian produce, many grown organically. Throughout the winter period it is harder to grow and access many items which require warmer climates and during this time we mostly use our Melbourne Market supplier to access a full range of fruits & vegetables.
